When orang cakap tempat tu tough, susah, hard, okay aku tak terpengaruh pun. Lagi susah lagi aku nak. Aku degil. Biasalah. But bila dia bagi jadual internship semalam, cam speechless. Dalam masa 7 minggu yang singkat aku buat latihan industri, aku akan betul-betul rasa apa yang selama ni aku belajar.
Berikut adalah antara benda wajib :
- Build a supplement booklet from scratch til bukukan.next week deadline.
- Involve in 2 survey data collection; team elite badminton n bola.
- Poster development
- Create a creative education tool for athletes. Dorgh.
- Exposure to ISAK. (skinfold calipers) Athletes dont do bmi. Full report with at least 3 subjects.
- Hydration test. Full report with at least 3 subjects.
- Athletes food intake. Full report with at least 3 subjects.
- Mini research on BIA machines. Its bioelectrical impedence thingy. Next week dah kena hantar proposal.
- Journal club. Monthly. Journal discussion with all personnel at sports nutrition centre. Meeting discuss pasal a journal topic.Esok : Cordyseps.
- Attachment with sports team for training observations. Swimming, diving, bola, badminton blablabla
- Notice board and keceriaan centre. Intern kena buat.
- Attach kat jus bar buat jus utk atlet yang keluar gym.
- Observe atlets kat cafe.
- Semua data kena masuk SPSS latest. damn. Tak reti. Merangkak buat.
- Bila-bila orang kat situ sentiasa banyak kerja, kami kena buat kerja mereka.
- setiap report atau kerja ada presentation. i think we have 5.
- And emm..journal supplement review at least 12-15 journals. heee.
Shhh!!..Jangan bagitahu sesiapa apa kami buat di I.S.n. Tapi let me tell you, i will interview the world no.1 badminton player soon. Tanya dia, " Puas hati tak dengan makanan kat kafe mount kiara?"
*I have a life. i have a life. I do not want to be like some of them. I have a life. But its not that bad. In the worst situation we can learn the most actually. Positive attitude is always welcome.
