target are...abs. tricep. biceps. back. chest. ass. thighs.calf.
nearly every muscle in d body.

today was record breaking..the workout really did make us peluh lg gilak!!!!
peluh dripping like crazy masa doin d reps with d dumbells.
til it masuk mata n acid me for a while..
give me a month on dis work out..
then i become hulk.
